Just unzip and read as a local file with Web Explorer v1.1 or Netscape Navigator (or a text editor in the case of the ASCII copies).

We strive to make sure all files in these archives conform to the FAT 8.3 file naming conventions so you should have no problems using them on a hard drive formatted with HPFS or FAT and with any web browser that supports HTML 3.0.
