• As noted above, the new Visual Age 3.0 replaces the older IBM C Set++ v2.1. Select one of the following components for more information.

The installation instructions which were sent out with IBM's C Set++ v2.1 were incorrect. New instructions were made available from the development team.

• SPEED2.ZIP(Speed Pascal/2), a full PM Borland Pascal look-alike compiler. About 1.3MB.
• VPASCAL.ZIP(Virtual Pascal), a text-mode Borland Pascal look-alike compiler. About .6MB.

Another very helpful set of people when it comes to OS/2 programming is Larry Salomon Jr.'s group from EDM/2, with the programming guides they put out in .INF format each month. They are now in their third year, and have just converted their library of information into HTML. Here is a link to their site.

The authors of GUI Corner in OS/2 Developer magazine also have a WWW site with examples of source code.

Here is more information on the newly created OS/2 Entertainment Development Council which is setting up an OS/2 Warp game contest. This site could prove to be very popular with programmers when they get sorted out and properly installed.
