Trap 0003 In Device IBMS506.Add after install

Symptoms

After the initial installation of Warp it crashes when booting from the harddrive with a Trap 0003 caused by IBMS506.ADD.

Hardware

   Certain IDE-CDROMS. (SONY 55D,55E)

Problem

The IBMS506.ADD that is installed on the Hard Disk is not the same one used on the install boot disks. (I thought it was strange too)

Procedure

Restart Warp from the installation boot disks. Instead of selecting an install option press F3 (open command prompt). Then copy IBMS506.ADD to your :\os2\boot directory. And Reboot your computer. It should now boot without a problem.
