Nietzche's mellow walls have never heard anything like the tails. Keeping people rocking and dancing isn't easy, but the tails did it brilliantly, proving they're the equal of any band in the nation. Nelson Starr's vocals astonished; he's part actor, part chameleon. His brother Eric's drumming dazzled the crowd. Bassist David Hill, superb at keeping the music moving. created beats that never intruded. Kevin Boyle's guitar work ripped along like a master swordsmen. And Jeffrey Miers' guitar had a sonic intellectualism that brought the music home.
