DOS and Windows 95 | This is one of the best C64 emulators. It is a very fast emulator, and supports almost everything an actual Commodore 64 would support. To get all the features, you have to register this emulator, however, such as cartridge support and wave output. The new 2.0 beta version has support for more features, but is buggy. The 2.0 DOS version no longer requires the 1.09 DOS version as well. |

DOS and Win95 | Personal C64 for DOS is now Freeware, and the source has been made publicly available, although the Windows Freeware version was stopped before it could be completed. It features a high compatibility rate, sound and many other features that are now available without having to register it. |
