Marat Fayzullin's personal collection of utilities for various uses, specifically for the NES and GameBoy. He seems to have made them over a long period of time, when he was making iNES and VGB. Believe it or not, these are for DOS (hmm), and Marat seems to be going against the grain with this one -- there is no registration fee for the utils.

Like the classic IPS, It is used mainly to apply patches to ROMs. Although, IPS-win, is for Windows. It does the same thing, but gives you a quick GUI so you can patch, and be on your way. Check it out.

8/7/97 DOSRelative Searcher is another program by Jair you can use to find text blocks, pointer tables, or other things in unfamiliar ROMs. Instead of searching for exact known values, Relative Searcher searches for known changes from one byte to the next. It also lets you skip bytes if you have no idea how they relate to the rest of your search string. Source included.
