GG2PAR Download v0.1 06/05/97 DOS This neato utility, written by Lord ESNES of NLKE and ESNES fame, converts Game Genie to Pro Action Replay codes.

GG-HEX Download 0.2a 6/05/99 DOS This utility, similar to Lord ESNES's GG2PAR above, converts between Game Genie and Pro Action Replay/hex/SNES9x codes.

GundRAM Download RN01 1/02/00 Win9x This is an editor for SRWars4 (Super Robot Wars 4). This editor allows players to access and use pilots and robots not normally available for player use. Check it out.

InSNESt Download 1.0 11/28/99 DOS This utility is for SNES copiers for ROMs. It is the most advanced ROM utility for the SNES to date. Check it out, it has many features. Also, it gives you the feel of many other utilities.

Jabba Download 1.0 12/02/99 DOS This utility is made to aid the rom hacker in simple SNES ROM expansion. This utility was coded in C and includes the source code. Check it out.

Killem Download v2.0 4/28/98 DOS This little program is great for nuking all the protections placed on snes roms, such as Pal and slowrom protections. This utility is very handy.

Mario RPG Save-state editor Download 0.5 6/11/99 Win9x Are you stuck on Mario RPG, but want to regulate what is updated, instead of game codes? Well check out this wonderful utility, that lets you edit the EXP, and FP levels, and also coins. Very good program written in VB. I will be m aking a VC++ port so those big VB class files wont be there. This download is small though, no runtime files included. Check it out.

Pic2SNES Download Final 1/11/96 DOS This program converts standard graphics formats into SNES tile format. I haven't tried it.

SMC File Checker Download v0.o 12/7/98 DOS The SMC file checker and format type converter which checks and compares checksums on Snes roms. A great way of determining if your rom is original and in perfect working order.

SMCRen Download v1.5 10/9/98 DOS Tired of SF840013488305532774.058 or BAH.SMC style filenames? (I had to use that line) Then SMCRen is for you. SMCRen scans an SNES rom and using the CRC stated in the .txt file, it renames the rom accordingly. This is a very good pr ogram if you have downloaded a rom, and have no idea what it is, it will know. But only the roms that are in the .txt file so far... in the future, this list will grow. Till then, this will have to do. Besides, it has almost 1000 roms in the list, so go ahead, check out this program. It also has the abiliby of changing the rom names of GameBoy, and lynx roms.

Snes Explorer Download 1.25 6/19/99 Win9x A nice utility that lets you change the headers, and what-not in your SNES roms. Take a look.

Snessor Download 2.1 2/18/98 DOS A truly unique utility, this utility with the help of an snes rom will rip sounds from a rom for instance: street fighter 2, rips ryu's sound effect for 'shoryuken'. This is an extremely fun utility to have.

SNESSOR95 Download 2.1 3/8/98 Win95 A Win95 port of SNESSOR. It is finally up to par with SNESSOR 2.0 DOS.This version lets you browse SNES roms as if they were CDs in a CD player or something suchas that.

SNES Palette Editor Download 0.2 3/5/00 Win98 A program which allows you to change the colors that are used in a rom.

SnesTool Download 1.2 2/12/96 DOS Similar to SegaTool, heck, it's made by the same people, SnesTool can do just about anything to a rom. A requirement in my book to all snes emulation enthusiasts.

SRAMConv Download 0.2 11/22/98 Windows A simple utility to strip the first 512 bytes of any Super WildCard copier SRAM file, to make them usable on an SNES emulator.

Sprite Edit Download 1.0 10/12/99 Win9x A sprite editor for SNES ROMs. The palette is horrible, and so is the GUI. But, it does work. Take a look for yourself. You can change bitplanes, and colors. First one I've seen for Win9x.

SpriteView Download .162 10/9/99 DOS This little program lets you view sprites saved in Save States of SNES games from ZSNES. It also lets you view sprites from roms of the N64, NES, Genesis, TG16, Virtual Boy, and even Windows Icons. Although it doesnt let you edit them, it still is nice, and who knows, it might be big one day.

Text Output Utils Download ? 9/11/98 DOS I received these two utilities in the mail from a guy named TeleKawaru. They're pretty neat, they write large amounts of your ROMs' information to text files. HEADER.EXE will write a text file with the headers of all your ROMS, and COM PARE.EXE will compare all your ROMS and tell you if you have a duplicates, writing a text file of them.

Tiler Download 0.5 12/18/99 DOS This program is sorta like TileView, although with Tiler, it supports more layers, has a nice mouse driven GUI, and runs at a better resolution. Check them both out.

TileView Download 0.171 1/26/00 DOS This little program lets you view tiles saved in Save States of SNES games. Although it doesnt let you edit them, you can still view mode 7 graphics, which other programs do not have that option..

TRaCER Download 1.39 4/24/97 DOS "The fastest NES/SNES (6502/65c816) disassembler for your PC!" By Y0SHi. I don't do any ASM stuff, so I haven't tried it.

X816 Assembler Download .19960408 4/09/97 DOS X816 assembler v1.12f.19960408. It is a NES6502 and SNES65816 cross assembler. I don't do any ASM stuff, so I haven't tried it.

ZIPALL Download ? 6/8/99 DOS This handy tool allows you to zip up all of your SNES ROMs with only one command.
