Aironet Selects Sybergen Software to Add Internet Access and Device Sharing to Its Wireless Networking Products

Dell Consumer Notebooks and Desktop PCs First Products to Deploy Sybergen-Aironet Solution

Fremont, CALIF. -Jan. 31, 2000- Sybergen Networks, a leading provider of secure Internet access management solutions, today announced that Aironet Wireless Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIRO), a leading provider of high performance wireless local area network (WLAN) solutions, has selected Sybergen Secure Desktop for incorporation into its wireless high-speed networking products. In its first implementation, Aironet has integrated a custom version of Sybergen Secure Desktop into its wireless networking products being used by Dell in its new consumer wireless notebooks and desktop PCs. Sybergen Secure Desktop offers robust, secure shared access features including file, printer and Internet access sharing and security for home and businesses.
