TECHNOLOGIES, INC. CONTINUES GROWTH AND EVOLUTION WITH APPOINTMENT
OF BERNARD HARGUINDEGUY TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Technologies, Inc. (formerly Sybergen Networks), a leading
provider of Internet security and access management solutions
for the mobile enterprise generation, today announced the
appointment of Bernard Harguindeguy to the company's board
of directors. The new board appointment is indicative of Sygate
Technologies, Inc.'s continued growth and expansion.
With
more than 18 years of experience in the management and development
of computer software and data communications, Bernard Harguindeguy
brings a wealth of business and technology expertise to Sygate's
executive management team. As president and CEO of Worldtalk,
Mr. Harguindeguy spent three years turning around this publicly
traded company into an Internet security software company
prior to its acquisition by Tumbleweed Communication. He also
served as vice president, Marketing of eMotion, Inc., and
was acting general manager and vice president of Worldwide
Marketing for the NetWare Enterprise Division of Novell, Inc.
Mr. Harguindeguy received a Bachelor of Science degree in
electrical engineering, summa cum laude, from the University
of California, Irvine and a Masters degree in engineering
management from Stanford University.

Inc., and founder of KIVA Software. Mr. Lim is considered
to be one of the Internet industry's most influential people.
