Xerox Selects Sybergen Access Server as Key Component of Internet Commerce Solution

Sybergen to Support Secure B2B Commerce Extranet for Xerox’ Sales Agents

Fremont, CALIF. -Jan. 24, 2000- Sybergen Networks, a leading provider of secure Internet access management solutions, today announced that Xerox Corporation has selected Sybergen Access Server as the secure Internet access management solution for its Sales Agents. More than 750 Xerox Authorized Sales Agents nationwide can use Sybergen Access Server to access Xerox’ new business-to-business ValueQuiX system which offers remote configuration, pricing and ordering submission. This software solution will be available through Sybergen.com, Sybergen’s online delivery and service portal.

Sybergen Access Server is a powerful, secure Internet access server that features Internet access sharing, a secure firewall, bandwidth management and an integrated VPN router. Using Sybergen Access Server allows multiple Sales Agents to simultaneously and securely access Xerox’ ValueQuiX system through one Internet address.
