TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FORMS ADVISORY BOARD TO EXPAND COMPANY'S
VISIBILITY AND MARKET POSITION

Technologies, Inc., formerly Sybergen Networks, a leading
provider of Internet security and access management solutions
for the mobile enterprise generation, today announced the
formation of its advisory board, and the appointment of the
board's charter members. Todd Bradley, executive vice president,
Global Operations, Gateway, and Lawrence J. Ciaccia, vice
president and general manager, PRISM Wireless Products Business,
Intersil are the first members to be appointed to Sygate's
newly formed advisory board. The goal of the advisory board
is to enhance the company's strategic development and increase
market visibility and penetration by tapping into the market
knowledge and expertise of industry leaders.
Mr.
Bradley and Mr. Ciaccia bring extensive experience, expertise
and unique perspectives to Sygate's new advisory board. Todd
Bradley is responsible for Gateway's European, Middle East
and Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. He also leads the company's
worldwide manufacturing, information technology, business
process simplification, supply chain management and business
development functions. Additionally, Mr. Bradley focuses on
Gateway's acquisition of, or strategic investment in, companies
that will contribute to Gateway's "beyond-the-box" business
model. Prior to Gateway, Mr. Bradley served as president and
CEO of Transport International Pool (TIP), a GE Capital Services
Company. He was also president of NCH Promotional Services,
a subsidiary of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, senior vice
president and managing director of the EMEA operations of
A.C. Nielsen and a vice president of Federal Express.
Larry Ciaccia is responsible for all aspects of Intersil's
PRISM Wireless Products business. He has also served as vice
president of engineering for the PRISM Wireless Products group.
In this capacity, he was responsible for wireless product
development. He is involved in business planning, customer
relationship building and operational duties of a general
manager. Since joining Intersil in 1980 (then Harris Semiconductor),
Mr. Ciaccia has held senior level positions for several Intersil
business units. He has managed development of data acquisition,
multimedia, and wireless ICs, as well as run a strategic and
product marketing organization. In addition, he is a frequent
author and has been published in a wide variety of industry
trade journals.
