1990-1999
This website is now stagnant, because the project has been abandoned. It drained the money, resources, and time of me and several other individuals over a nine-year timespan. Due to personal time contraints, I have placed the project on permanent hiatus. I'm sure that some of the technologies that I learned about in my quest for DARTS will live on in other projects. I'm not updating the website anymore, but I will leave it up here a little longer, so that others may learn the lessons that I have learned.
