Preheat oven to 400F. Mix everything but mushrooms in a bowl. Grease a cooking pan with oil (Not really required, but makes cleanup easier later). Drain mushrooms. Place thighs in pan, skin down. and cover with sauce. Cook for 45 minutes, flip thighs, and add mushrooms to pan. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serve.
