The sad truth about The Omelette Parlour is that the food is lousy. The omelettes are overcooked ellipses wrapped around far too much nasty dry filling, and nothing else on the menu passes muster. This appalls me, since a fine herbes omelette--to mention only the simplest--is incredibly easy to make. You can do much better at Norm's.
