Ok, somebody's gonna flame me for this, but wrt the Houston locations anyways, Hooters always had the best buffalo wings around. Not overcooked and all crusty on the edges, as spicy as you want them (they can get DAM spicy). My friends all scowl at me when I point and say "Let's stop for buffalo wings" . . . but Anyhow, that's my vote.
