Just for future, when we've gone to Lobster Village down in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico, you can request to have the lobster steamed. We've had it both ways. I still like to have it deep fried sometimes though. I can't remember the name of the place we go to, but there are paper lobsters stapled to the ceiling and walls that have been signed by patrons of the restaurant. You get about 5 or 6 halves of lobster, tortillas, rice, beans, guacamole and a shot of tequila for $13. Oh the life.
