Message: | At the Bluewater Grill, Eureka sand dabs are always on the menu, so far, this past year. They serve them boned, and like I said in a butter caper saute, lemons on the side. Also with the skin on, which is crispy and very mild. The meat is very sweet, like a white fleshed trout. The portions are generous, as the fish are smallish, say Dover sole sized, and it seems a serving is at least 5 sides. Also comes with delicious crusty sour dough round, steamed red potatoes and broccoli. Price is 10 to 12 dollars. Their Boston style chowder is decent also, lots of tender clams. I will get the exact address and number next go around. |
