I've been tasked to bring the meat to a Brazilian BBQ this Saturday.
My problem is that I have no idea what kind of beef cut would be traditional at a such an event.
I asked a Brazilian friend of mine but he did'nt know what the name of it would be in english. No, I don't have the portugese word for it.
Can anyone tell me what would be the best choice for this BBQ ?
