Subject:     New York-style COLD SESAME NOODLES in L.A.???

Hi! I'm an ex-New Yorker who's been jonesing for those cold sesame noodles which are so ubiquitous in New York City's Chinese restaurants. About 4 or 5 years ago, there was a booth at the "taste of L.A." festival which served them just right.
 
Unfortunately, I don't remember who's booth it was, but but I could never find the restaurant at the time and think it no longer exists, anyway.
 
Anyone out there know where I can find my noodles? Maybe a suggestion in Monterey Park???
