In my opinion, Ocean star is the best of the lot. Their selection is vast with such great dishes as suckling pig with an irresistible crackly skin, water chestnuts cakes cooked on a griddle, pigs trotters done several ways (the stewed pigs trotters is my favorite with the cold vinegared version running a close second), sticky rice with pork, wonderfully rich stewed tripe, as well as extremely glutinous, sticky and addicting har gow with shrimp or pork, shark fin's soup, a pretty decent jook, meltingly sublime chickens feet, and the absolute best sesame rice balls I've ever had. If you and your dining companions are the adventurous type who want great quality, good prices and an umilmited selection that doesn't run out of items like other places (Empress Pavillion being one of them), then Ocean Star is your best bet.
