The chili is good and hot. There is only one chili which is diluted with beans and/or spaghetti, for mild medium or hot. Supposedly the original owner invented oyster crackers. The chili is not served plain, unless you get a pound to go and that costs ten bucks. They use 400 pounds of meat for one batch and the meat cooks down. They cook it for 48 hours. The chili with spaghetti is very good, even though the popular one is with beans. Don't be alarmed by the oyster crackers in the sugar canister. People like to put it there, which is probably a good idea, since the crackers soak up the moisture. One more thing: If the place is crowded your eyes may water up and your sinuses may act up due to the spicy chili in the air. This is a REAL chili place, unlike Chili My Soul, which is for pussies.
