Absolutely, without a doubt, Ginza Sushi-Ko at 2 Rodeo in Beverly Hills. The price makes my eyes water. No other restaurant even comes close.
 
After that there are a bunch of schleppers in the $100-$150 range (assuming you eat a full meal)... L'Orangerie comes to mind.
