Message: | Man, this is your post-Thanksgiving menu? Hats off!! Some more mex-recs: Grand Central Market -- a must-go written about extensively on this board car wash burritos -- one at Sunset and Alvarado, the other at Hollywood and Vermont . L.A. classics! the carbo-load burrito -- the "potato-veggie" burrito at Tacos al Corona in Atwater is a personal fav of mine. For burgers: my votes go to Cassell's and In-n-OUt. Also, it looks like nobody's yet mentioned Pie n Burger in Pasadena. Search the board for old recs. Yes to PHillipe's. No to the Pantry. Also no to Barny's Beanery (evil history to that establishment; They used to have a sign that said "No Fags allowed" or something to that effect.) Do have some chili-fries at Tommy's for me. That was my everday high-school lunch. Now a once a year treat, if that. Sigh... Good Luck.
