Been dyin' to try AB's forever and was finally in the neighborhood one so-hungry-you're-going-to-hurt-people night with my boyfriend. We walked in the door and were confused by lines that weren't lines and people picking up to go orders and no one milling about really having a clue as to how to queue up or sit down and eat. We left, annoyed, and went to Cheesecake Factory (and I'm not proud of that - the cheesecake may be good but everything else should be filed under the "food that all starts to taste the same" thread).
 
Will someone please clue me in to AB's line protocol for future visits? Or is there no line protocol and that's my problem?
