You may want to check with the Renaissance Hotel at Pico and Beverwil -- fairly central in location just south east of Century City. Their catering rooms are on the top floor of the hotel -- with a great view of the city in every direction. The floor is dividable for smaller groups like yours. The last time I was there the food and service were pretty good.
