I've only eaten at Buca once, but it was a far cry from the Olive Garden's drek. Buca may not be Valentino's, but Buca's food has some merit.
 
But in OG's defense, I was in b_ttf_ck nowhere, somewhere in smalltown midwest, and OG was like a shining beacon amongst the Denny's and even worse that I had to choose from. But I wouldn't touch them in LA when there are an infinite number of better choices, including Buca.
