Less than half a block south of CBS on Spring Street (the address is 685 S. Spring) is a new restaurant called Mayflower 2 BBQ. They have an ongoing special of $9.99 for a lobster and $8.99 for a crab. Both are very good, as are the hotpots on the menu and almost everything else.
