Yeah, that's why I didn't go on and on about it. I figured the food photos would speak for me. FYI - we were served off the menu so anyone can have all those luxurious items.
 
I frequently recommend Cinnabar to friends traveling south and they all have loved it (with the disclaimer that I know the chef) not only because their preparations are inventive, but because of the quality of their ingredients.
 
But hey, here's a challenge - My NYE weekend schedule is not set so I would love to try someplace new. - Send me your recommendations for restaurants of the same caliber and I will make every effort to go.
