What strikes me, Meg, is how we--is this an American trait?--expect service even when we're not paying for it. This has been, so far, a free site. A handful of people have worked very hard on it as a labor of love so that the rest of can have good food (and a good time). Do we have a right to complain under those circumstances? How would you feel?
