Hey, Eric. Great report! Sounds like your father really knows how to put a sushi chef through his paces. Wonder how pops weighs in on some of the other places that get mentioned on this board (eg Sasabune, Nozawa, Hump, Tsukasa, R23, etc etc). Does he have other sushi faves? Likewise, how do you think Mako compares? Factoring in the idea that a non-Japanese speaker who lacks your father's sushi-ordering finesse might not get the same level of service...
