It's at 647 West 19th Street in Costa Mesa, a few blocks north of Harbor next to a McDonalds and across from the CM DMV. A great taco stand for "nouvelle" California/Mexican--not exactly your standard or traditional Mexican fare, but very good nonetheless. Their specials are almost always great, especially their gorditas, and I love their blackened chicken tacos.
