Thi, give the champurrado at Guelaguetza a try, if you haven't already. One time I had it and it was ambrosia, another time just so-so. I haven't had it anywhere else, so I can't compare and I don't know enough about it to explain why the first one was so amazing and the second more like chocolate malt-o-meal cereal. (Remember that stuff, anyone?) But I know you're the man for the job!
