If you're in the SFV, I recommend Pho So #1 for pho. The original restaurant is just north of Sherman Way on the west side of Reseda. There's parking in the back. There's also a Bangluk market next door, if you want to buy some oriental goodies. The next Pho So #1 is next door to 99 Ranch Market (THE best oriental mkt in the valley). It's on Sepulveda just north of Victory (on the east side), at the north end of the parking lot.
