Buy some frozen phyllo dough and spend an afternoon making it. It's really not that hard (labor-intensive and time-consuming, yes) and home-made baklava is so much better than store-bought. I've made it 3-4 times now and it takes about 2 hours once you get the hang of it. (I have to admit, the first time took about 4 hrs)
 
The recipe usually comes with phyllo but let me know if anyone wants it and I will type it up.
