The growers/sellers of the Hollywood Farmers Market (the one Michael mentioned around Ivar and Sunset) also carry many Asian vegetables that would probably fit your request for a Chinese farmers market. You just need to check out each vendor to see what's available.
 
I don't know of a farmers market that's devoted to Chinese or Asian veggies.
 
Alternately, you can look up your local 99 Ranch Market. They cater to the Asian community.
