Enjoyed Mother's Day at this Chinese restaurant on P.C.H. The hot & sour soup was especially good and not at all greasy. Pork a la Szechwan is shredded with a tasty sauce and nicely spiced. Kung Pao chicken pieces were a little smaller than usual but the flavor of the sauce was excellent. Braised string beans were fresh and tender and well flavored. They had run out of Minced chicken in lettuce cup (and it was only 6:00 p.m.) and I wanted something with seafood and the waiter recommended a seafood mixture of squid, shrimp, scallops, sea cucumber, crab, etc. I can do without the sea cucumber, but the rest was very flavorful but a huge portion that could easily serve 4. The restaurant was packed..lots of small rooms serving 10 with round tables & lazy susans plus 4 other rooms with tables & banquettes. I would say that 3/4 of the clientele were Asian..always a good sign.
