Totally agree. Went there a few months ago and was so disappointed! My food (the lox, cream cheese and toasted bagel special) was bland, the lox fishy. My friend's egg benedict dish was cold and uninspired. The only edible dish at our table was the meatloaf, which was moist and flavorful.
 
Oh, and the wait staff was very slow despite only 4 other tables filled.
 
How unfortunate...
