The Earl Grey infused Pot de Creme from Bouchon in Yountville. It was served in an adorable ceramic pot with tiny cookies.
 
I've only had Pot de Creme one other time in Cayo (Pasadena), and it didn't compare to the wonderfully smooth cream and subtle sweet taste.
