went to sunday night dinner at lucques tonight...in a nutshell, yuck - poor service and bad food. i realize it's ONLY a $30 prix fixe, but not one dish was even mediocre. the bread and butter was excellent, however.
 
this restaurant has been going downhill steadily since its opening.
 
are there any great non ethnic restaurants in LA????

PS. At least in NYC or SF, you pay more, but you get quality. This town blows.
