Message: | First of all, Chicago Deep Dish pizza is great. You just have to know how to order it. The best places to go to are Lou Malnati's, Gino's East, and Due's. I prefer Lou Malnati's the best. To start, they don't pour on the cheese. But, I still ask for easy cheese. Then, I ask for it to be prepared well done. Finally, ASK for the BUTTERCRUST. It's the way to go. You seem to complain about the most insignificant ingredient: cheese. Any REAL pizza lover KNOWS that the crust and sauce are the most important factors. Cheese is cheese...you can't screw it up. Now, any real REAL Chicago pizza lover should know that Chicago's thincrust, cut in squares, is the truly best pizza anywhere. Forget the deepdish! Try Pat's, Barnaby's in Northbrook, or D'agostino's, to name a few. Gotta run, enjoy your inferior New York Style garbage...... |
