I used to love Bodhi Gardens, a little hole in the wall on Sunset in Echo Park. I was particularly fond of the deep-fried turnip cakes, the "crispy duck" tofu sheets. It was a Vietnamese based Buddhist oriented cuisine that didn't use garlic or onions. Does anyone have any idea of other restaurants that serve those dishes as part of their vegetarian cuisine? (My favorite vegetarian restaurant is still Happy Family in Monterey Park, but I haven't tried House of Vege or Vegetarian Delight in Granada Hills yet).
