Well, I've always found Boar's Head massively disappointing and never have understood why supposedly good groceries carried it and nothing else. This is probably from living too long in the U.S. land of sausages and beer, Wisconsin. Good salamis and sausages there were pretty much a given at any store. You might try ordering from a place like Usingers or convincing your local store to carry them or a similar brand (none of which I can remember at the moment).
