Maybe the plain breads are pricey but they are probably losing money on the Chocolate Cherry and Olive breads. The olives or dried cherries alone are worth a fortune and the bread is loaded with them. Even at Trader Joe's thay are expensive. The Potato bread probably has an entire bunch of dill in it too. Check the price of that in the market. I am not the biggest fan of the breads but these 3 breads are probably lost leaders.
