Message: | okay, so i haven't been there myself, but my future father-in-law was raving about this place so much that i figured i had to let you guys know about it.
it's called yong su san (spelling?) and it's a branch of a well-known restaurant in seoul. my father in law ate there about a week ago and said it was just about the best korean restaurant he's ever eaten at, and that's something coming from someone who grew up there and who pretty much eats at korean restaurants 90% of the time he eats out.
he said he had a five course banquet style lunch there for $15 that was out of this world, that even the rice was perfectly cooked, and every plate of panchan was absolutely perfect. can't tell you much else other than i wish i was there to try it myself.
as for where it is, i imagine it's somewhere in k-town, and if you ask around, people will know about it. enjoy.
