Coming so soon on the heels of the Mysterious Cachet question I couldn't pass up the opportunity to say I don't find the food at CB very interesting or memorable. It gets my vote for mysterious cachet. I have only been to the one in Santa Monica in the Water Gardens, but both my wife and I were underwhelmed. It is a great deal if you want to drink a great bottle of your own wine with mediocre food, with only a $2 corkage fee however. The other nice thing was how pretty and quiet the room is at the SM location. That and corkage were the only two things to recommend it, at least to me. And that's not enought IMHO.
