I whole-heartedly agree. Most of the sushi is what you can find premade at the supermarket (with a few exceptions) and the other asian dishes in the buffet line are nothing spectacular. I've been to Today only once and haven't felt inclined to go again.
 
Beware: Soda is NOT included in the meal price!
