"the food was good but the service was terrible"? Probably. If the restaurant was crowded an the staff was push to it's outer limits, I'd give them another chance, but just one. Bad service can ruin the entire evening.

I'll chalk it up to a great dining experience(providing the service was seemless) and maybe only go back for very special occasions.
 
"Most famous person to you saw at a restaurant while you were there". Paul Castellano at Sparks Steakhouse........just kidding!
