I can't believe he claims that tartar sauce, I think he calls it something like "Uncle Al's Special Sauce", is fat free! If it is, he is truly a marvel. His salmon "burgers" *really* taste like beef, not even a hint of fish. This guy's got alchemy in the kitchen!
