Just a side note on ribs and your past post on convenience foods. The buyers at Costco must be closet ChowHounds. The roast chicken is pretty good and the slab of pork ribs are a great bang for the $. They tend to run out of these items so when you see the crowd forming, get in there! I haven't found any good rib joints that are also cheap. When the Alaskan crab legs get under $10/lb at Costco, just go to town!
