Message: | Wow, I can't possibly imagine what Hollywood Hills Restaurant (HHR) did to cause Cleveland Phil's hateful over-the-top attacks. The attacks are both silly (in his first post he says the hash tastes like lemon juice, then he says it tastes like an unripe banana--make up your mind Phil, those tastes are very different) and totally out of line even if he doesn't like the hash, as I do. HHR's corned beef hash is definitely not for those that like the bland, gummy, tasteless stuff that comes from a can. HHR's hash is full of zing and zest, and concededly may not be for all tastes. Honest disagreements about food can be enlightening, but there's nothing enlightening about Phil's comments (for example, "cooked from a toilet"--give me a break!). I won't dignify Phil's posts by any further responses on my part.
I think the point made by others about poor service at HHR rings true, and I agree that it needs improvement. |
